Body found in air vent near a skatepark in Mexico City.
On March 31, 2025, the body of a man was found in an air vent above a skatepark, under a bridge near the Calzada México-Tacuba, in an area frequently visited by skateboarders. The discovery occurred after users of the skatepark reported a foul odor.
Authorities confirmed that the body was in an advanced state of decomposition and that the victim was a man around 40 years old, allegedly experiencing homelessness. As a preventive measure, officials plan to seal off air vents that do not serve a specific function.
