Barcelona is still vibrating from the aftershocks of an unforgettable night. Just two days ago, the iconic Phenomena Experience cinema traded traditional blockbusters for high-octane adrenaline, hosting the Urban World Series Video Part Festival ‘26.
It wasn’t just a screening; it was a massive celebration of scootering as the “seventh art.” The festival brought the community together to witness the world’s best cinematography on the big screen, proving that street culture and cinema are a match made in heaven.
An Unmatched Atmosphere at Phenomena
Presented by Dissidence Scooter Shop, the event delivered an energy that was truly electric. The audience was treated to top-tier productions where technical precision, creative editing, and groundbreaking tricks took center stage. Seeing these video parts in a legendary theater like Phenomena elevated the sport to a whole new level of prestige.
“We’re still processing everything we saw. The energy was unmatched, and the support from the community reminds us why we do this,” the organizers shared.
Scootering as Fine Art
The collaboration with Dissidence ensured the event stayed true to its roots while pushing the boundaries of how action sports are consumed. By moving from small phone screens to the silver screen, the festival highlighted the hard work of the filmers and riders who define the industry. As the lights dimmed and the reels rolled, it became clear: the Video Part remains the heart and soul of the scootering world.
Althought the event is not meant as a contest, we thought it would be cool to add this extra support to filmers and riders, to give visibility to the crafts behind videopart making:
