CASTELLAR DEL VALLÈS (BCN) PARK NEW FEATURES
The skate park of Castellar del Vallès, 25 minutes from in Barcelona, has some new features:
The work consisted of replacing the damaged wooden elements with new, more durable and safer concrete modules. In addition, new ramps of greater height and other elements adapted to current skating styles have been built. The work, which is compatible with the pre-existing elements, completes an improvement work carried out seven years ago. In this way, a space of 1,300 square meters made up of different ramp modules, rails and other structures that imitate street elements where skaters can perform tricks and pirouettes in safe conditions is completely renovated.
KRISTIAN ALBRECHT WINS THE TOTY 2024
“After countless broken bones & 7 years of attempts from more than 15 riders, the Lyon 25 was finally conquered by Kristian Albrecht on June 23rd, 2024. For years the community has been waiting for the day the iconic Lyon set would be conquered on a scooter. After seeing so many slams, many seriously questioned if it was even possible, let alone worth risking your life to land. And when Kristian finally stomped the iconic set, the clip took the entire industry by storm. Jaws were immediately dropped all around the world followed by pure joy when you got to witness his celebration. To top it all off, somehow Kristian managed to stomp a whip to barspin over the gap… cementing his name & legacy in the action sports history books forever.”
