Being Olympic in LA2028 is one of the main goals of Merlin Ortiz, silver medalist in the Hot Wheels Superchargers Junior Skate Finals in Urban World Series Extreme Barcelona 2023.
The leading toy vehicle brand created in 1968 by Mattel, Hot Wheels, together with Urban World Series, is promoting the Hot Wheels Superchargers to recruit young talents in urban sports in Spain and Portugal.
In 2024, young people from 6 to 16 years old will compete in three urban disciplines: Skateboarding, Scootering and BMX, in three stops:
- Porto Street Cup, from August 30 to September 1.
- Extreme Barcelona, September 13-15.
- VESO Valencia, October 31 to November 3.
