- From October 31 to November 3, Marina Norte de Valencia will once again host four days of sports for the public.
- Six sports facilities designed for the event will allow nine different disciplines to take place in an event that will distribute €25,000 in prizes.
- The 100 fastest will get free tickets to the fourth VESO edition, which will have the Urban World Series collaboration.
Valencia is ready to host one of the most important urban sports festivals in Spain and Urban World Series will be there. UWS joins VESO to brin four days full of adrenaline and fun for the whole family at Marina Norte.
The event will have official competitions in skateboarding, climbing, 3×3 basketball and BMX, with the participation of athletes from 26 different countries and offering cash prizes for a total of €25,000. But there will also be amateur competitions and various activities in these four modalities and roller freestyle, SUP and windsurfing.
To host these eight urban sports disciplines, Marina Norte will have several facilities: a skatepark, a climbing wall, a 3×3 basketball court approved by FIBA, an open park of 400 m² and another of 200 m² for the little ones and a mini ramp
In addition to a mandatory stop in the national urban sports circuit with first-level athletes, VESO 2024 will be a cultural meeting with activities for everyone. During the weekend, introductory classes and workshops for all ages will be offered, as well as a special area for children with activities such as sticker workshops, face painting, cardboard crafts, graffiti workshops and much more.
In addition, the event will feature various cultural activities, such as urban art exhibitions, live podcast broadcasts, video screenings related to urban sports and their culture, talks and live concerts.
